These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website

Welcome to Island Charter! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any excursion with us. By booking an excursion with Island Charter, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Island Charter reserves the right to apply the following cancellation policy:

  • If cancellation is made prior to the date of the excursion, no refund will be provided.

  • In the event that Island Charter cancels the excursion due to weather conditions, a 100% refund will be issued.

Excursion Terms and Conditions:

  • All excursions are subject to change without notice. Descriptions, departure times, itineraries, pricing, and locations may be altered and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Descriptions, schedules, and excursion lengths are all based on approximate times. Changes may be unavoidable and can be made at Island Charter’s sole discretion.

  • Island Charter Co & Ltd owns five vessels: four catamarans and a yacht. Please note that the vessels may be interchanged at any time for our cruises depending on the number of travelers.

Excursion Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • In the event that a client should cancel, the client can proceed to select a new reservation date.

  • Excursions may be canceled or modified by Island Charter depending on the number of guests participating.

  • No show: Non-refundable. Please reach out to our customer service team to select a different reservation date before the scheduled cruise date.

  • Weather-related cancellation: Non-refundable. Please review our weather-related policy below.

Weather-Related Policy:

  • Sometimes the weather does not cooperate. It should be noted that all of our excursions operate rain or shine.

  • Island Charter may cancel particular excursions due to weather-related safety considerations.

  • In this instance, all efforts will be made to accommodate guests on an alternate day; however, refunds do not apply.

Operational Update and Recovery Efforts Following Hurricane Melissa

Dear Valued Partners, In the wake of Hurricane Melissa, we are incredibly grateful that our team suffered no major loss of life or significant structural damage—though we did experience some flooding and roof damage in certain areas. The safety and well-being of our staff, partners, and the wider community remain our highest priority. While we celebrate our collective safety, we are now assessing the severe infrastructural impact across the island. Our team is working closely with our partners to evaluate the extent of the damage to roads, facilities, and other essential services that support our operations.

How You Can Help (Support Our Recovery)

We have been deeply moved by the outpouring of care and concern from our partners. If you wish to support our recovery efforts, there are two key ways you can assist:

  1. Direct Team & Partner Support:
    Contributions to assist affected team members or partners are greatly appreciated. Please reply to this email to indicate how you wish to contribute—whether in-kind or via monetary support.
  2. Local Relief Efforts:
    Alternatively, donations can be made through support.jamaica.gov.jm, a verified local relief initiative working with communities impacted across the island.
